Dispute Resolution Notice

Energy supply companies, metering point operators and metering service providers (companies) are obliged to deal with complaints from consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (consumers), in particular regarding the conclusion of contracts or the quality of the company's services (consumer complaints), which relate to the connection to the supply network, the supply of energy and the measurement of energy, to be answered in the procedure according to § 111a EnWG within a period of four weeks from receipt by the company. Consumer complaints relating to the conclusion of the contract or the quality of our services should be addressed to:

A customer is entitled to call the arbitration board according to § 111b EnWG. Such an application is only permissible if the company has not remedied the consumer complaint within four weeks of receipt by the company. The right of those involved to appeal to the courts or to apply for another procedure under the EnWG remains unaffected. Submission of a complaint to the arbitration board suspends the statutory limitation period in accordance with Section 204 Paragraph 1 No. 4 BGB.
